Responsibilities:

• Deliver the ultimate Guest service experience - strong customer service skills needed
• Communicate concisely details about TSC Products and information to all Guests
• Be responsible for product and Guest service standards
• Foster an environment of teamwork
• Prepare orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Work well with crew members and managers
• Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café
• Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements
• Ability to keep the store clean and ability to follow food safety regulations
• Interaction with the public and co-workers constantly and positively during shifts
• Previous quick serve and/or drink concept experience preferred, but we'll train the right candidates without much experience
• Flexible availability

Must be able to obtain Food Handlers card

Must have reliable transportation.
