Trouble Shooter Master Tech
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Master Technician in the automotive industry.
- Advanced knowledge of vehicle systems, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
- Ability to perform complex repairs, inspections, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills using modern diagnostic tools and software.
- Solid understanding of manufacturer standards and repair procedures.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and support junior technicians.
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Familiarity with workshop management systems and reporting tools.
- Compliance with safety standards and company policies.
