TRQ26-0664-01 - Senior Application support

Proven experience working as a Senior Application support or similar IT role - mainly JAVA related applications.
Familiarity with all business functions required within an IT development/support team.
Experience of supporting applications hosted in AWS.
ITIL knowledge - Incident/Problem/Change/Release Management.
Familiar with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Datadog, Splunk etc..
Technical experience with Windows, Linux/Unix, Oracle/PostGre/PLSQL, Core JAVA/J2EE, OOPS concepts, Middleware technologies etc..
Excellent communication skills.
Problem solving, analytical mind, organising and time management skills.
Knowledge of versioning/repositories like GitHub, SVN etc.
Knowledge in Airline domain is an added advantage.
Nice to have experience in DevOps.
Flexible to work in shifts, On-Call support on weekends.
