Truck Dispatch Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and dispatch trucks for pickups and deliveries on designated routes
• Communicate delivery instructions to drivers and monitor progress
• Track and record shipment details, delays, or incidents in dispatch software
• Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status
• Maintain accurate documentation including vehicle logs and delivery records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve routing or scheduling issues

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transport coordination is preferred
• Strong command of English (verbal and written)
• Proficient in using computer systems and dispatch software
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Work Schedule

• Shift: Night ( 6pm to 3am)
• Days: 5 days a week
