Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics team for USA-based operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing trucking schedules, communicating with drivers, ensuring on-time deliveries, and handling real-time issues that may arise during shipments. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to manage fleet operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch trucks for USA-based routes.
• Monitor driver logs, routes, and hours of service to ensure compliance.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide accurate pickup and delivery instructions.
• Handle emergency situations such as delays, breakdowns, or re-routing.
• Negotiate and book loads with brokers/shippers.
• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
• Ensure all documentation related to dispatching and load management is accurate and up to date.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, shippers, and brokers.
• Resolve driver and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in USA Truck Dispatching (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of US trucking routes, DOT regulations, and load boards.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using dispatching software, MS Office, and related tools.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
