As a Dispatch Operator, you will be trained to manage and negotiate freight deals, build relationships with businesses, and ensure smooth operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with businesses in the USA via phone and email to secure freight loads.

Coordinate with trucking companies and drivers to ensure timely delivery.

Negotiate high-value freight deals daily.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
