Tech Revolution is looking for dedicated and motivated Truck Dispatchers to manage daily dispatch operations for US-based dispatch campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking loads, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.

Key ResponsibilIties

• Manage assigned trucking units efficiently.
• Book loads from brokers and negotiate profitable rates.
• Maintain communication with drivers and brokers
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate record of loads, rates, client details & payments.
• Ensure compliance with company operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 6 months experience required in the US truck dispatching
• Excellent communication skills (English – verbal & written)
• Ability to work night shifts (US hours)
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
• Team spirit, commitment, professionalism & punctuality
