Job Overview

We are hiring an Experienced U.S. Truck Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on U.S. dispatch experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced freight operations confidently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage drivers for U.S. trucking operations
• Book, negotiate, and secure loads using U.S. load boards
• Communicate with brokers, drivers, and customers professionally
• Monitor routes, resolve delivery issues, and maintain schedules
• Maintain dispatch records, documentation, and compliance logs
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries

Eligibility Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Minimum 8 months of proven U.S. Truck Dispatch experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. load boards and dispatch software
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Strong computer skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable working 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Night Shift)
