Salary: Rs. 55,000 – 70,000 + attractive commission
Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday OFF

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our USA logistics campaign. The ideal candidate will manage freight scheduling, coordinate with drivers, brokers, and clients, and ensure smooth, on-time deliveries across U.S. routes. If you have strong communication skills, prior dispatching experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for freight deliveries
• Monitor live trips and maintain real-time communication
• Manage relationships with drivers, clients, and brokers
• Assign loads using dispatch software and load boards
• Resolve delivery or routing issues quickly and effectively
• Keep accurate dispatch records and logs
• Ensure compliance with operational and company protocols

Requirements

• English fluency (must-have)
• Minimum 8 months experience in U.S. truck dispatching (required)
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of U.S. logistics/freight operations (preferred)
• Proficiency in computers and dispatching tools
• Ability to work night shifts (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
