This is a full-time, on-site role for a Truck Dispatcher, based in Bahawalpur. The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing transportation schedules, communicating with drivers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Key tasks include monitoring deliveries, troubleshooting issues, maintaining records, and liaising between drivers and clients to provide regular updates. The ideal candidate will utilize planning and organizational skills to optimize routes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and customer service abilities are essential for this role.

• Experience with logistics coordination, transportation management, and scheduling
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and team members
• Proficiency with route optimization tools and transportation management systems
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the transportation industry
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant logistics software
• Prior experience as a dispatcher or in a similar logistics role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in logistics are advantageous
