Truck Driver

Join our dynamic team as a Truck Driver, where your driving skills will be the backbone of our operations! You will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various routes. Your expertise in handling different types of trucks, including dump trailers, belt trailers and flatbeds, will ensure that our deliveries are timely and secure. What you’ll do

• Operate various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, dump trucks ensuring safe transportation of freight.
• Load and unload cargo efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Navigate designated routes while maintaining compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues on the road.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Basic qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Also willing to train the right person to get a CDL license.
• Experience in truck driving with a focus on route driving and delivery driver experience.
• Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbed trucks, tankers, or freight handling.
• Forklift certification is a plus!
• Familiarity with load securing techniques for safe transport.
