Truck Driver

Experienced truck driver with CDL Class A needed for steel service center in business for over 100 years! Will deliver steel to customers in NW Indiana and Chicagoland area. Steel service center experience desired and experience hauling steel required. You will be responsible for

• Inspecting vehicle for mechanical and safety issues
• Meeting daily delivery schedules
• Documenting miles and recording fuel purchases
• Complying with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Safely maneuvering truck into loading and unloading positions
• Collecting and verifying delivery instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
