What You’ll Do

∙ Operate roll-off trucks to deliver, swap, and pick up dumpsters across Central KY

∙ Be the face of our company at every stop—friendly, professional, dependable

∙ Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and keep your truck in top shape

∙ Stay in close communication with dispatch and your teammates throughout the day

∙ Work safely and efficiently, taking pride in doing the job right

∙ Help set the tone for the kind of team and culture we’re building

What We’re Looking For

∙ Class B CDL required (clean driving record)

∙ Someone who cares—about the work, the customers, and the people they work alongside

∙ Physically capable of climbing in/out of trucks & securing dumpster loads

∙ A go-getter who lifts the team up, not someone clock-milking or bringing negativity

∙ A real teammate who wants others to win, too

∙ Willing to work 40+ hours per week (50–60 hrs + weekends as needed)

∙ Dependable, accountable, and motivated to grow with us
