Truck Driver Class A

Duties:

- Safely operate a variety of trucks, including dumptrucks, bellydumps & lowboys
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for truck operation.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of cargo.

It is a bonus if you have heavy equipment operating experience!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
