1. Operate manual trucks for delivery and collection of shipments.

2. Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods.

3. Assist in loading and unloading when required.

4. Verify shipment documents before and after trips.

5. Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures.

6. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues.

7. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle.

8. Manage customs clearance for import and export shipments.

9. Liaise with customs authorities at Jebel Ali Port, Port Rashid, DWC, and other locations.

10. Coordinate inspections at DAFZA, container yards, and JAFZA.

11. Prepare and submit required documents (import permits, export declarations, bills of entry, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).

12. Handle truck entry permits, gate passes, and free zone access requirements.

13. Assist drivers with customs procedures and clearance processes.

14. Represent the company before Dubai Customs, JAFZA, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Economy, and other authorities.

15. Resolve customs-related issues such as delays, holds, or penalties.

16. Maintain proper records of all transactions and report updates to management.

17. Manage petty cash with proper documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
