What You'll Earn

• $650 per week during your first 30 days of paid OTR training
• $1,200 to $1,500+ weekly after training, based on the route you select

Equipment & Driving Options

Get behind the wheel of late-model Freightliner tractors, most equipped with automatic transmissions.

Choose from:

• Dry van
• Refrigerated freight
• Flatbed

Available route options:

• OTR
• Regional
• Dedicated

Even if you start regional or dedicated, you'll gain the experience needed to build a strong OTR driving background.

Paid Training Program

Our onboarding process is fast and straightforward.

Your training includes:

• 1.5-day orientation
• 4 weeks of paid over-the-road training with experienced mentors ($650/week)
• No home time during the 4-week training period
• 2–5 days at home after training before your solo assignment
• Route selection meeting with your fleet manager before going full-time

• Finish online paperwork and application forms
• Application review by our intake team
• Attend orientation and begin paid training

Driver Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Hold a valid Class A CDL and current DOT physical
• Have completed a 120-hour CDL training course within the last 2 years (certificate required)
• Have a good driving record with:
• No pending traffic violations
• No speeding tickets 15+ MPH over the limit within the last 2 years
• Have no more than one DUI in your lifetime
• Provide accident documentation for any incidents within the past 5 years
• Provide copies of all tickets received in the last 3 years
• Pass all DOT requirements, including hair or urine testing
• Be available to start within the next few weeks
