Trust Administration, Probate, & Funding Paralegal

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trust Administration, Probate, & Funding Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will support the firm’s trust and estate planning services, assist with probate proceedings, and facilitate the funding process for estate assets. Your expertise will ensure smooth case management, accurate document preparation, and efficient legal workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients in a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering exceptional legal support.

Duties

  • Assist with estate planning by preparing and reviewing legal documents such as trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related instruments.
  • Support probate processes by managing case files, drafting pleadings, and coordinating court filings.
  • Facilitate the funding of estate assets by reviewing titles, coordinating transfers, and ensuring proper documentation compliance.
  • Perform document review for accuracy and completeness; proofread legal documents for clarity and correctness.
  • Manage data entry tasks related to case information while maintaining meticulous filing systems both electronically and physically.
  • Support attorneys with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing client communications via phone etiquette, and preparing reports or summaries as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in estate planning, probate procedures, and trust administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong writing skills for preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports; proofreading and transcription abilities are highly valued.
  • Effective communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for client interactions.
  • Administrative experience supporting a busy law office environment; familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing and data entry is required. Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
