San Diego Elder Law Center, a highly respected boutique law firm, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team. Founded in 1997, we specialize in Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate Law, with a distinct focus and reputation in Elder Law, Special Needs Law, and incapacity planning and related issues. We have a need for an Associate Attorney with litigation experience, preferably in the Trust and Estates or Elder Law fields. We currently refer litigated issues outside the firm, and wish to bring at least some of this in-house with the right candidate. At our firm, we are proud of our reputation for excellence, professionalism, and compassionate client service. Our reputation, history, and word-of-mouth referrals from prior clients, as well as legal, financial, and health care professionals, generates a steady stream of case opportunities. We can afford to be selective about the cases we accept. We work collaboratively as a team and are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
