Noor Brands is looking for a driven TSM North to manage and expand our sales operations across the North region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing distributors from Lahore to Northern areas and strengthening market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and appoint distributors across Lahore and North regions.
- Manage and grow sales operations within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent market coverage.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distributor performance.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of trade promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for supply, marketing, and sales planning.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Education: F.A or above.
- Experience: 1–2 years in FMCG sales (North region exposure preferred).
- Proven experience in developing and managing distributors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
