TSR Account Manager

SUMMARY

As a key member of the Sales Team, the Inside Sales & Business Solutions Account Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue and adoption of our automotive service offerings. This role combines consultative sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship-building to support automotive professionals through their buying journey.

This position focuses on outbound telesales efforts, customer consultations, product demonstrations, and enrollment into our Way ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings energy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset while helping automotive businesses adopt advanced digital tools.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and assess customer needs to match them with the most suitable Way solutions
  • Conduct full-service product demonstrations remotely to support customer decision-making
  • Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and service value propositions
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships based on professionalism, follow-through, and trust
  • Manage a high volume of outbound sales calls and structured follow-ups
  • Track leads, conversions, and customer activity in the CRM systems
  • Maintain updated contact records, demographic data, and sales pipeline insights
  • Proactively solve customer concerns
  • Act as an ambassador of Way with integrity and customer focus

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in inside sales/ telesales within a call center or B2B environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales processes and advanced sales techniques
  • Familiarity with cloud-based products and SaaS tools preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills
  • Automotive product or industry knowledge is highly desirable

EDUCATION

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work is performed in a moderate-noise office or remote call center environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
