TSS (12 Hr shift) EXP REQ

Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS) – $25/hour

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS) to join our team as an Enhanced Direct Support Professional (E-DSP)in a residential setting. This role offers the chance to make a real difference by supporting individuals with behavioral and emotional needs in home and community settings.

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Responsibilities:

• Support adults with Dual-Diagnoses that include IDD, Autism, Depression, ADHD
• Follow treatment plans and behavioral strategies created by our Behavioral Specialist
• Support these adults in developing communication strategies, coping skills, social interactions, and independence
• Document progress and maintain accurate shift notes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or related field (or at least 60 college credits in a related area with experience)
• Two years’ experience working with adults with IDD and Autism
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while following treatment guidelines.
