Job Description:

Refinishing Technician:

We are seeking a diligent, coachable and highly motivated individual who has the passion and experience for refinishing. If you want to join our elite team of refinishing professionals apply today. Candidates will have an opportunity to earn $40,000 per year - $60,000 per year plus become eligible for 401(k) benefits and pretax insurance options. The Leadership Team:

Surface Renew is led by an experienced management team:

Bob Kennedy (Founder/President). Bob’s history includes time as an Army veteran, real estate investor, and logistics operations manager for a Fortune 500 retailer. His focus is financial and logistical aspects of the business.

Ryan Schatz (Vice President). Ryan grew up in the ready-mix business working in all aspects concluding with Sales Management. He coaches Little League baseball and is a member of his local school board. Ryan’s areas of responsibility include sales and scheduling.

Sam Gray (Trainer/Quality Mgr). Sam is veteran of the Marines and has extensive experience in sales and management with a local car lot chain of stores before joining Surface Renew. Sam is responsible for training of all technicians and oversees on-going quality controls.

Cody Lockert (Lead Tech). Cody has been with Surface Renew for over 10 years and has worked in all facets of the refinishing business. He knows the craft inside and out and is our go to guy to ensure training is completed to a high standard!
