Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tube Mill Operator to join our team in Dammam Second Industrial City. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining tube mills, ensuring consistent product quality, and supporting efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tube mill machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Monitor and adjust production processes to meet quality specifications
• Conduct machining tasks and inspections as required
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members

Qualifications

• Experience in Milling and Machining tasks
• Quality Control skills to ensure product standards
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on safety
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is an advantage
