Location: Tucson (multiple neighborhoods: Casa Adobes, Catalina Foothills, Oro Valley, Flowing Wells, Dove Mountain, Sam Hughes, Drexel Park), AZ

Start: ASAP

Schedule: Must have open weekday availability (Typical shifts fall between 6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM) | Weekend + Overnight availability is a HUGE plus!

Compensation: $16–18/hour | W2 employment (taxes handled by the agency) | Flexible scheduling| Paid sick leave| Ongoing support from Trusting Connections

Description:

Trusting Connections is seeking experienced, dependable childcare professionals for flexible nanny and sitter roles with families across Tucson. These positions are ideal for caregivers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and working with multiple families while maintaining consistent agency support.
Assignments may be short-term or ongoing and are matched based on family needs and your availability.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, attentive care for children of varying ages
Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities
Support daily routines, including meals and transitions
Follow each family’s individual care preferences

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Authorized to work in the U.S.
personal vehicle with active car insurance and a clean driving record
Dependable, communicative, and professional
Infant experience is a plus

Additional Notes
Driving is required: Families are located throughout Tucson; some travel is expected.
Schedules vary: Hours depend on family demand and your stated availability.
