Key Responsibilities:
【PR Strategy & Execution】

Cooperate with PR agency to develop monthly PR themes & calerdars tailored to Turkish socio-cultural trends, consumer behaviors, and industry dynamics.

Build/maintain relationships with key media outlets and exkecute press releases, interviews, and media events

Monitor Turkish sentiment, lead crisis response, and mitigate reputational risks. Track PR performance (share of voice, sentiment, coverage) andoptimize strategies.
【Influencer marketing】

Map Turkey's KOL ecosystem (TikTok/Instagram/YouTube/X), idertifying and tiering influencers (celebrity to micro-influencers).

Design creative campaigns aligning product USPs with Turkish user needs (e.g., large-family cleaning, pet friendly features).

Manage KOL partnerships end-to-end: selection, contractirng, content oversight, and performance tracking.

Optimize ROI via KPIs (impressions, engagement, CPL, sales convversion) and A/B testing.
Qualifications:

Language: Native Turkish fluency; business-level English (writterh/spoken); Understanding Chinese is a plus

Experience: 3+ years in PR/KOL marketing in Turkey; consumer eleectronics/home appliances background is preferred.

Strong summarization and analytical skills: Excel at identifying optimization opportunities from current practices and outcomes, driving continuous improvement insubsequent executions.
