Key Responsibilities:

【PR Strategy & Execution】

  1. Cooperate with PR agency to develop monthly PR themes & calerdars tailored to Turkish socio-cultural trends, consumer behaviors, and industry dynamics.
  2. Build/maintain relationships with key media outlets and exkecute press releases, interviews, and media events
  3. Monitor Turkish sentiment, lead crisis response, and mitigate reputational risks. Track PR performance (share of voice, sentiment, coverage) andoptimize strategies.


【Influencer marketing】

  1. Map Turkey's KOL ecosystem (TikTok/Instagram/YouTube/X), idertifying and tiering influencers (celebrity to micro-influencers).
  2. Design creative campaigns aligning product USPs with Turkish user needs (e.g., large-family cleaning, pet friendly features).
  3. Manage KOL partnerships end-to-end: selection, contractirng, content oversight, and performance tracking.
  4. Optimize ROI via KPIs (impressions, engagement, CPL, sales convversion) and A/B testing.


Qualifications:

  1. Language: Native Turkish fluency; business-level English (writterh/spoken); Understanding Chinese is a plus
  2. Experience: 3+ years in PR/KOL marketing in Turkey; consumer eleectronics/home appliances background is preferred.
  3. Strong summarization and analytical skills: Excel at identifying optimization opportunities from current practices and outcomes, driving continuous improvement insubsequent executions.
  4. Core Competencies】
  • Cultural Intelligence: Deep understanding of Turkish taboos(e.g., religious sensitivities), festivals (Ramadan, Republic Day), and communication norms.
  • Creative Judgment: Ability to craft visuals/copy resonating with Turkish aesthetics (humor, family values).
  • Budget Agility: Skilled in KOL negotiation and cost-efficient resource allocation.
  • Compliance: Knowledge of Turkish advertising laws and influuencer disclosure rules (#reklam tagging).
  • Openminded: Embrace and accept different company cultures, open for new ideas and creative.
