(Turkey ) Operation and Maintenance Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1.Be responsible for the after-sales technical support of products.

2.Collect, record, organize and analyze relevant issues during technical support, and output experience cases.

3.Conduct cross-departmental communication and coordination on technical issues, and cooperate with R&D to complete product performance verification, commissioning and other work.

4.Assist training specialists in carrying out personnel skill improvement work.

Requirements

1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above.

2.Major: Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics or related majors.

3.Work Experience: Work experience in the new energy vehicle or charging pile industry is preferred.

4.Professional Knowledge: Ability to read electrical schematic diagrams; experience in fault diagnosis or electric vehicle battery work is preferred; proficiency in one foreign language is a plus.

5.Competencies: Proficient in office software and electrical drawings.

6.Language Requirement: Proficiency in the local language(Turkish).

7.Other Requirements: Willing to accept short-term overseas business trips; good health and no bad habits; able to complete other tasks assigned by superiors; fluent in English communication.
