We're looking for a Turkish-Speaking Telesales & Customer Service Executive – Dubai

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Turkish-Speaking Telesales & Customer Service Executive to generate qualified leads, provide excellent customer support, and connect potential clients with our real estate experts.

• Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce OME Real Estate's services and investment opportunities.
• Qualify leads and identify clients' needs before transferring them to the sales team.
• Schedule online meetings for Real Estate Agents.
• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting clients throughout their property journey.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Turkish (mandatory).
• Good English communication skills (mandatory).
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, telemarketing, call center, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Currently based in the UAE is a must.
