Turnaround Planning Engineer

We are currently hiring an experienced Turnaround Planning Engineer for a leading Oil & Gas / Petrochemical company in Qatar.

Location: Mesaieed, Qatar
Duration: Long-term
Working Schedule: 6 Days/Week - 8 hrs Duty

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• 5–10 years of experience in Turnaround / Shutdown Planning
• Strong experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Fertilizer industry
• Hands-on experience in SAP PM and Primavera P6
• Experience in shutdown planning, scheduling, scope development, work packs, and execution coordination
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, contractor coordination, and turnaround execution activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Turnaround schedules and scope
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Inspection, HSE, and Contractors
• Monitor shutdown progress, manpower, materials, and execution activities
• Manage SAP work orders, maintenance plans, and planning documentation
• Ensure safe and timely completion of Turnaround activities within budget
