Turnover & Deep Cleaning Specialist (Independent Contractor / 1099)

LMPS Cleaning Services is expanding! We are seeking experienced, highly reliable, and detailed independent cleaning contractors (1099) for residential turnovers, move-out cleans, and deep cleaning assignments throughout the Baltimore area.

We coordinate the property pipelines and dispatch the assignments—you bring the skill, equipment, and reliability to get the job done right. If you take pride in transforming spaces and want consistent contract flow, we want to expand with you.

Minimum Contractor Requirements:

To be approved for our dispatch rotation, you must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Proven professional experience in residential deep cleans, move-out turnovers, or property management cleaning.
• Transportation: Must have your own reliable vehicle/independent transportation to travel to assigned local job sites.
• Equipment & Supplies: Must provide your own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment (including a vacuum, mop, specialized deep-cleaning solutions, extensions, etc.).
• Availability: Flexible open availability for daytime and weekday assignments.
• Business Credential: Active general liability insurance preferred (or willing to obtain prior to dispatch).

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete detailed deep cleans and move-out turnovers according to LMPS's strict quality checklists.
• Focus heavily on high-intensity cleaning zones (appliances, baseboards, grout, interior windows, and cabinets).
• Provide high-quality photo/video verification of the completed work before leaving the site for quality assurance and weekly payment processing.
• Maintain professional on-site boundaries and clear communication with our virtual operations coordination team.
