Are you handy, reliable, and skilled with tools? Titan Property Management is looking for a Turnover / Field Technician who brings carpentry and general home maintenance experience to our team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll turn lived-in units into polished, move-in-ready homes—think hanging blinds, installing smoke and CO detectors, fixing doors, swapping light switches and outlets, replacing light fixtures, faucets, or toilets, repairing screens and windows, and tackling carpentry with confidence. You may also help with painting, flooring install, cleanouts, construction, and lend a hand to our landscaping crew when needed. • Strong carpentry and general home repair skills
• Plumbing and electrical experience are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
