Individualized Learning

In today's classroom, the ratio among teachers to students is 1 to 25. Even the best teachers cannot reach students on an individual learning path. Limitless Learning International sets an individualized learning path for every child through data-driven instruction. This way, we can monitor just how much our students are growing.

Promised Progress

​We cannot promise an instant growth spurt in learning. However, we guarantee that your child will progress after every single session. They will be able to show you a skill they can now perform to strengthen their weakness in a subject area.

Relationship Driven

We know that parents are their child's first teacher. Therefore, we strive to create a three-fold partnership between students, parents, and tutors. Communication and progress updates are our priorities, but we also work just as hard to build a positive, functioning relationship with all involved to ensure our students succeed.

As a Professional Virtual Tutor, you will have a direct impact on our students results! This is why we have decided to increase our pay to $30 per hour.

-Supply highly effective tutoring instruction to students under their care.

-Provide safety and security to students in their care.

-Communicate with parents after every session on the progress of each student.

-Conduct an interest inventory for each student.

-Conduct a beginning assessment for students on their grade level.

-Give students an assessment after every 8 tutoring sessions.

-Participate in developmental training and coaching provided by Limitless Learning International as well as outside training for at least 5 hours per season (Fall and Spring). Certificates must be shown to demonstrate additional training was given.

-Arrive to tutoring sessions at least 10 minutes in advance.

-Provide a copy of Teaching Certificate.

-Communicate with the owner and customer service representative on duty about cancellations, late arrivals (student and tutor), and rescheduled appointments.

-Be a person of integrity and hold moral character serving as the brand of Limitless Learning International.

-Recruit and retain students to participate in our programs.

-Positively market our program consistently via word of mouth and through online platforms.

Order of the Hiring Process

Step 1: Submit your application entirely with your resume and skill assessments.

Step 2: If your application meets our requirements for professional virtual tutoring, then you will be asked to answer 5 critical questions in vivid detail, along with a performance task. The performance task asks tutors to submit a lesson plan and video based on the subjects and grade levels the tutor would like to teach.

Step 3: Final candidates will sign their contract to begin the onboarding process. Pay is $10/hour for onboarding. This will take no more than 8 hours to complete.

Upon the completion of onboarding, there will be an opportunity to begin working with students should your skill set and expertise match students' needs. Candidates with an open schedule of Monday - Thursday from 5pm-7pm will be given priority in the application.
