About the Role

We are looking for a Teacher who can guide students with patience, clarity, and responsibility.

This is not a large classroom teaching job.

You will work with a small group of students and support them in:

• Understanding concepts clearly
• Completing their daily work properly
• Managing their study schedule
• Improving their performance step by step

Your Main Responsibilities

Teaching & Concept Clarity

• Explain subject concepts clearly and patiently
• Help students understand basics before moving ahead
• Solve academic doubts
• Give practice questions and small tests when required

Student Guidance & Study Planning

• Help students plan their daily and weekly study schedule
• Ensure homework and tasks are completed properly
• Guide students who are confused about how to study
• Monitor revision before tests

Individual Attention

• Observe each student’s strengths and weaknesses
• Adjust your approach according to the student’s level
• Encourage shy or low-confidence students
• Support students who need discipline and consistency

Academic Monitoring

• Maintain simple progress records
• Inform management about student progress when required
• Ensure students stay regular and focused

Who We Are Looking For

A teacher who:

• Has strong subject knowledge
• Is patient and calm with students
• Believes in building concepts, not rushing syllabus
• Can manage small groups responsibly
• Is consistent and disciplined in daily work

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant subject
• Teaching or tuition experience preferred
• Comfortable using basic digital tools
