Tutor

Overview

Rite Click Learning Point is looking for passionate and dedicated tutors to join our team. We provide academic tutoring and enrichment programs for elementary, middle school, and high school students in a supportive learning environment.

We are currently seeking tutors who can teach English, with additional strengths in Math, Science, or Special Education.

Responsibilities

• Provide small-group or one-on-one tutoring sessions for students
• Support students in subjects such as English, Math, and Science
• Help students improve writing, grammar, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment
• Communicate student progress with the program coordinator when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience tutoring or teaching students (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Strong knowledge of English language skills (reading, writing, grammar)
• Ability to also support Math or Science is highly preferred
• Background or experience in Special Education is a plus
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed academically

Work Environment:

Tutoring sessions may be conducted one-on-one (most common) or in small group classes of up to four students. Sessions may take place at our learning center, in-home, or online, depending on student needs.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
