We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Tutor to support elementary and/or middle school students in achieving their academic goals. Duties

• Use learning technology tools to enhance instruction and facilitate interactive learning experiences
• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions across core subjects such as math, language arts, and others
• Manage student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment through effective classroom management techniques
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Support students with special education needs by adapting lessons to accommodate various learning styles and challenges
• Maintain clear communication with staff regarding student progress and areas for improvement

Skills

• Proficiency with learning technology platforms and digital educational tools
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching children, including preschool or early childhood education settings
• Knowledge of classroom management strategies to foster a respectful and productive environment
• Experience working with students with diverse needs, including special education or additional learning support
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to adapt teaching methods for adult education or childcare environments when needed
