Bilingual in Spanish and English is required

Schedule:

Mondays from 5PM-6PM
Tuesdays from 6PM-7PM
Saturdays from 11AM-12:30PM

Hours:

3-5 hours per week, with the possibility of 10+ hours per week within 30 days by working additional virtual or in-person hours.

Pay:

$30 per hour based on experience.

In this role, you will:

Tutor K12 students in ELA, Math and cognitive skills.
Mentor K12 students for the Mosaic Project.
Provide small group tutoring sessions to students using the provided curriculum and learning technology.
Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment.
Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

Can complete the fingerprinting process within 48 hours of an offer
In this role you will need to be able to meet DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance requirements for this position
You can provide 3 professional references
You have a minimum of 60 units of college credits
You have at least one year of student-related experience
You are detail-oriented and highly dependable
You are an effective communicator
You have reliable transportation
You can provide a negative tuberculosis test within 2 weeks of being hired
You love learning, teaching, and empowering others to soar
