Tutor- BSc Nurse

A BSc Nursing Tutor in our college is responsible for teaching undergraduate students through classroom lectures, clinical demonstrations, and practical training, while ensuring the curriculum set by the university or nursing council is effectively delivered. The role includes preparing lesson plans, evaluating student performance, guiding clinical practice, mentoring students, and participating in academic and administrative activities. Required skills include strong subject knowledge in nursing, effective communication and teaching skills, clinical expertise, student counseling ability, teamwork, academic planning, and a commitment to ethical nursing practice and continuous professional development
