We are looking for a Tutor Community Manager to strengthen the culture, productivity, and teaching quality of this community.

Responsibilities

• Manage a global community of 1000+ active tutors, increasing engagement and retention
• Guide the recruiter and support teams, ensuring smooth coordination across processes
• Work with AI-powered tools (e.g., tutor evaluation, quality control, automation systems)
• Review the pedagogical quality of English teaching materials and provide mentorship to tutors
• Design and organize new community events, training sessions, and motivational projects
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in EdTech, online education, or tutor communities
• Knowledge of English language teaching or pedagogical principles
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools (ChatGPT, Agents, n8n, Slack bots, automation systems, etc.)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and community-building abilities

• Experience in tutor community management or educational coordination
• Background in content quality assurance or instructional design
• Curiosity and creativity in developing technology-based processes
