Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring in various subjects, including early childhood education, elementary, special education topics, middle school, high school, or test preparation.
• Track student progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and caregivers to share insights on student development and recommend supportive strategies.

Experience

• Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or classroom management is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully with children and young learners across different age groups.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and familiarity with learning technology platforms are advantageous.
• Experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey concepts and foster positive relationships with students, parents, and team members.
• Background in special education or working with students with diverse learning needs is beneficial.
