Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Tutors and Executive Function Coaches to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver engaging tutoring sessions across various subjects, including math, science, English language arts, and test preparation, while also supporting students in developing essential executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, and focus. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic journeys.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to students’ individual learning styles and needs
• Develop customized lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
• Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instruction and engagement during online or in-person sessions
• Assess students’ progress regularly and adapt teaching strategies accordingly to maximize learning outcomes
• Support students in building executive functioning skills such as planning, organization, self-monitoring, and goal setting
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages confidence, independence, and motivation
• Collaborate with parents and educators to track progress and address any academic or behavioral challenges

Requirements

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across multiple subjects, including math, science, or English language arts
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional adaptability for diverse learners
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students effectively
• Knowledge of learning styles adaptability and special education strategies is a plus
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success
