Tutors, Teachers, or Educational Therapists - Four Opportunities K - 12

Day Prep is hiring in person and remote teachers and tutors for students in grades K - 12


Position 1: IN PERSON ONLY: Reading and Writing Remediation:

9 a.m. - 12 p.m., Weds and Fri, three students, one hour with each child 1:1, grades 1, 3, and 4

All materials and method provided. San Diego area at Carmel Creek Road. $100/hour


Position 2: REMOTE ONLY: High School Homework Completion for ELA, Pre-Algebra, and History with a 9th grade student (boy). 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. (some flexibility on start time), Mon - Thurs (4 days per week). Tracking of assignments in student portal and ensuring work completion and submission. Strong, bright student who benefits from executive functioning support while completing homework. $70/hour


Position 3: IN PERSON ONLY: Reading, Writing, and Math Instruction:

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Tues and Thurs (2 days per week): Reading, Writing, and Math Enrichment with 2 advanced students in grades 4 (boy) and 6 (girl). All materials and method provided. La Jolla. $70/hour


Position 4: IN PERSON ONLY: Reading, Writing, and Math Instruction:

9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Mon - Thursday: Reading, Writing, and Math Enrichment with one student in grade 6. All materials and method provided. San Diego. $50/hour

Compensation

Minimum starting rate $50/hour , with higher rates based on education, experience, and subject specialization.
