Responsibilities

• Present live or pre-recorded segments with confidence, energy, and professionalism to captivate diverse audiences
• Develop engaging scripts and storylines that resonate with viewers while maintaining brand voice and tone
• Operate broadcast studio equipment including cameras, microphones, lighting setups, and audio/video processing tools to ensure optimal production quality
• Collaborate with producers, editors, and technical staff to plan content flow, timing, and technical requirements for each broadcast
• Manage post-production tasks such as editing video content using Adobe Premiere or other editing software to enhance storytelling
• Oversee the setup of lighting for video production to create visually appealing scenes that support the narrative
• Utilize social media management skills to promote upcoming shows, engage with viewers online, and expand audience reach through digital platforms
• Interpret scripts and technical instructions accurately while translating complex concepts into clear, engaging language for viewers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in journalism, video production, and multimedia storytelling techniques

Qualifications

• Proven experience in television hosting, journalism, or related media roles with a strong portfolio of on-camera work
• Exceptional storytelling skills combined with excellent communication and writing abilities
• Proficiency in audio and video processing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and the Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects)
• Strong understanding of broadcast studio equipment operation including cameras, lighting for video production, soundboards, and editing hardware/software
• Knowledge of social media management platforms for content promotion and audience engagement
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with diverse audiences effectively
• Ability to interpret scripts accurately while maintaining natural delivery on camera
• Technical writing skills for creating clear instructions or content outlines when needed
• Experience in video editing and post-production workflows to ensure polished final products
