Technical Writer

• Work with product software development team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and its documentation requirements
  
• Write easy-to-understand online help and tutorials for software products
  
• Work closely with system analysts, presales engineers and project managers to write technical proposals and software requirements specifications documents
  
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets company and industry standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  
Revise documents as new changes are introduced

Requirements

• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
  
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  
• Excellent writing skills in English and Arabic
  
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  
• Experience with Online Help Authoring Tools
  
• Basic familiarity with the software development life cycle
