Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-B, Near Hassan Square, Karachi
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Days: Monday to Friday (With occasional Saturdays)

We are actively hiring experienced Twitch and Discord Chat Support Agents who understand streamer engagement, online communities, and digital sales. If you have hands-on experience interacting with streamers, managing Discord servers, generating leads through chats, or selling digital services online, this opportunity is for you.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in:

• Twitch Chat Support
• Discord Community Engagement
• Online Sales & Lead Generation
• Digital Artwork or Creative Service Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to live streamers on Twitch and introduce our digital artwork services
• Engage with users on Discord servers and convert leads into customers
• Communicate professionally through chat-based platforms only
• Build relationships with potential clients across Twitch, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
• Follow up with prospects and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain positive customer interactions and represent the brand professionally

Requirements

• Previous experience working on Twitch and Discord is mandatory
• Strong English communication and chat skills
• Experience in online sales, community management, or customer engagement is preferred
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Karachi
• Night shift availability is required
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in chat-based selling
