- Inspection & Diagnosis – Examine motorcycles/scooters to identify mechanical, electrical, or performance issues.
- Repair & Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake adjustments, clutch settings, chain tightening, and tire replacement.
- Engine Work – Repair and overhaul engines, carburetors, fuel injection systems, and cooling systems.
- Electrical Systems – Diagnose and repair wiring, lighting, ignition, battery, and starter motor issues.
- Brake & Suspension – Service and replace brake pads, cables, discs, and suspension parts.
- Transmission & Gearbox – Repair clutch, gearbox, and related transmission components.
- Use of Tools & Equipment – Handle diagnostic tools, lifts, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently.
- Test Rides – Conduct road tests to check vehicle performance after repairs.
- Customer Interaction – Explain faults, repair needs, and maintenance tips to customers in simple terms.
- Record Keeping – Maintain service records, job cards, and parts used during repairs.
- Safety & Cleanliness – Ensure workshop safety practices, proper disposal of used oil/parts, and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Continuous Learning – Stay updated with new two-wheeler technologies, especially electric bikes and scooters.
