Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair Simple Energy electric scooters.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure vehicles meet quality standards.
• Handle electrical and mechanical troubleshooting efficiently.
• Assist in vehicle delivery inspections and post-service checks.
• Maintain service records and follow workshop protocols.
• Provide excellent customer support and explain service details when required.
• Work closely with the service manager and follow safety standards.

Skills Required:

• Good technical knowledge of two-wheelers (EV experience preferred).
• Ability to diagnose electrical & mechanical issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of EV systems is a plus.
• Team player with good communication skills.
