Two Year Old Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for children in accordance with curriculum guidelines
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Use effective classroom management techniques to promote a productive learning environment
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to engage students in learning
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students, including those with special education requirements
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments

Qualifications:-
- Experience working with children, in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and educational best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Experience in High Scope Curriculum implementation is highly desirable
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations is a plus
- Ability to tutor students one-on-one or in small groups as needed
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
