Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Typist / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have experience handling government and general typing services, along with strong administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Type and prepare all kinds of transactions (government, business, and general).
- Enter data accurately into government portals and office systems.
- Prepare and process official documents, letters, and forms.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide professional support.
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Knowledge of UAE e-systems (ICP, Immigration, Labour, Municipality) preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (Bengali/Urdu is a plus).
- Organized, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
