Typist / Clerk / Data Entry Specialist

We're looking for someone who's accurate, reliable, dependable, and willing to learn. You'll learn to type and format land title and property documents into an abstract. This contributes to the accurate documentation of land ownership and the smooth transition of real estate in Woodbury County.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven typing speed of at least 60+ WPM with high accuracy (please complete a typing test at www.monkeytype.com)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent proofreading skills
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word

Working Conditions:

• Office-based position
• Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Extended periods of computer use and sitting
• Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
• Clear tasks, consistent workflow
