Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions.
- Assist with sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when possible.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; additional multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
