Job Summary
​We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Scent Diffuser Technician (Field Service Representative) to manage our monthly client scenting routines. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting commercial and residential clients on a structured daily schedule to refill and maintain aroma diffuser machines. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working on their feet, handling basic heights for AC-connected installations, and delivering exceptional customer service by matching scents to client preferences and optimization needs. A valid driving license and absolute punctuality are required.

Key Responsibilities

• ​Routine Monthly Refills: Execute a structured daily schedule to visit designated client locations on a consistent monthly rotation for machine refills.
• ​AC and High-Level Installations: Comfortably climb a ladder to access, service, and refill diffuser machines installed high up or connected directly to HVAC/AC systems.
• ​Scent Optimization & Consultation: Evaluate client preferences to recommend appropriate scent profiles and program the machine’s operational timers for maximum efficiency and coverage.
• ​Prompt Reporting: Maintain clear, prompt, and daily communication with the manager regarding completed schedules, client feedback, and any operational issues.
• ​Routine Maintenance: Clean machines during refills to ensure proper misting performance and prevent oil clogs.

​Requirements & Skills

• ​Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record to travel independently between client locations.
• ​Physical Agility: Ability to work outside, travel daily, and safely climb/work on ladders to access high-mounted equipment.
• ​Proactive & Flexible: Strong time-management skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing daily routes or client availability.
• ​Customer-Centric Mindset: Polite demeanor with the ability to understand client tastes and professionally recommend fragrance settings.
• ​Tech-Savvy/Detail-Oriented: Ability to learn digital machine settings quickly to adjust scent intensity and timers precisely.
